Candlelit Cacao & Suns Club

As the nights draw darker, we are in need of some inner brightness — this event is here to do just that. A blissful fusion of heart-opening cacao, slow flow into energising movement, and beats to brighten you up (and yes, we take requests).

We begin with an optional ceremonial sip of pure cacao — rich in antioxidants and known for its ability to boost mood, circulation, and connection. As the warmth of the cacao flows through you, we transition into a steady slow-flow class leading into Sun Salutations or free movement. You are welcome to flow at your own pace, pause in devotional pose, or simply soak up the energy around you.

The practice then gently slows, guiding you into stillness and the soothing embrace of crystal bowl sound meditation. The vibrations wash through every cell, leaving you grounded, renewed, and glowing from the inside out.
