About the event

As the year comes to a close, it’s time to slow down, breathe deeply, and honour all that has been.


This is your invitation to step into stillness, turn up your inner GLOW, and create a canvas of beauty for a fresh new year, burning bright with new beliefs while gently letting the old ones drift into the darkness.


Through traditional yoga techniques, we’ll explore practices such as the classic Ujjayi breath, Forrest Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and the resonant tones of Crystal Bowls. We’ll also weave in modern scientific approaches such as an introduction to EFT to help release limiting beliefs, lymphatic drainage techniques and circadian rhythm wisdom. 


Each practice is intentionally chosen to help you release tension, restore energy, and reconnect to your inner sunshine.
