Service Description

Sessions are 45mins in length and interchange between Strength/ Endurance focus and Circuit/HIIT style focus. Please read further information below Strength / Endurance A full-body workout designed to build lasting power, stamina, and resilience. You’ll move through a mix of strength-based exercises (think kettlebells, sandbags, battle ropes) and steady, sustained conditioning drills that challenge your cardiovascular system without burning you out. Perfect for those who want to get stronger, go longer, and improve overall fitness. Every drill is scalable—whether you’re new to training or a seasoned athlete, you’ll leave feeling capable and accomplished. HIIT / Circuit (45mins) Short bursts of maximum effort, followed by just enough recovery to go again. This fast-paced outdoor session is all about speed, agility, and explosive power. Expect a variety of bodyweight moves, cardio blasts, and functional training tools to keep your heart rate high and the energy even higher. You’ll torch calories, boost your metabolism, and finish on a post-HIIT high. Adaptable for all fitness levels—bring your energy and we’ll do the rest.

Cancellation Policy

EFT – Booking Policy We’re so excited to have you join us! To help everything run smoothly and fairly for everyone, please take a moment to read our booking policy: 1. Booking Your Session All sessions must be booked in advance via our online booking system. Bookings will close 2 hours prior to the session, due to kit loading and set-up for the instructor. Spaces are limited, so we recommend booking early to secure your spot. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations can be made up to 2 hours before the session with no charge. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the session, or non-attendance, will result in the full session fee being charged or deducted from your package, at your coaches/instructors discretion. Please contact your coach as soon as possible if within the 2 hour session time. 3. Packages (5 & 10 Session Packs) Packages are valid for 3 months (5-pack) and 6 months (10-pack) from the date of purchase. Sessions must be pre-booked using your package credits. Unused sessions after the expiry date are non-refundable and non-transferable. 4. Weather & Outdoor Training Sessions will run in most weather conditions (a little rain won’t stop us!). In the event of severe weather or safety concerns, we may postpone or reschedule sessions, and credits will be rolled over or refunded to your chosen date or session. 5. Health & Safety Please arrive at least 5 minutes early and let your coach know of any injuries or health concerns before starting. You are responsible for bringing appropriate clothing, footwear, and water. 6. Refunds All payments are non-refundable except in the unlikely event that URBN cancels a session and cannot provide an alternative. 7. Community Commitment Our sessions are designed to be supportive and inclusive. Please respect your coach and fellow members so everyone can enjoy the experience.
