There is no doubt that when we are outdoors, in nature, facing the elements and moving our bodies there is a release of 'feel good factor'! More and more research is amplifying the necissecity for us to be in Green and Blue spaces, to surround ourselves with like-minded indivdiuals, to move our bodies in different ways to enhance our health and wellbeing and to encourage our body and mind to be resilient in different aspects of life

At URBN Outdoor Fitness, we believe movement is better together, and even better outdoors. Our bootcamp-style sessions combine functional training, strength work, and high-energy conditioning in a supportive community environment, set in Bath, UK.
Whether you’re pushing through a challenging HIIT set or building resilience in our endurance and strength classes, each 45 minute workout is designed to be effective, inclusive, and fun. With sessions every Tuesday and Thursday evening, you’ll train alongside like-minded people, enjoy fresh air, and feel stronger week by week.
Expect battle‑ropes, kettlebells, bodyweight drills, games, slam balls and plenty of encouragement.

How it works
How it works (steps):

Pick your session & book – Tuesday or Thursday evenings at 6pm and secure your spot online.
(If it is your first time, please ensure you fill in your medical information and experience).

Arrive ready to move – Come 5 minutes early with water, suitable footwear, and layers for the weather.
(If it is your first session, please arrive 10 minutes early to meet you coach)

Warm up & prep: We’ll guide you through a dynamic warm-up to activate muscles, keep you warm and prevent injury.

Main Session: You will be lead through a session that is pre-planned in line with monthly scheduling, with the goal to enhance your fitness in a varied manner over progressive monthly planning, aiming toward different and specific fitness goals.

Cool down & recover: The final 5 minutes of every session will offer some stretches or techniques to aid in recovery.

Track your progress: Log achievements in the Members Area App and celebrate your wins with the community.
Session Descriptions
ENDURANCE & STRENGTH
A full-body workout designed to build lasting power, stamina, and resilience. You’ll move through a mix of strength-based exercises (think kettlebells, sandbags, battle ropes) and steady, sustained conditioning drills that challenge your cardiovascular system without burning you out. Perfect for those who want to get stronger, go longer, and improve overall fitness. Every drill is scalable—whether you’re new to training or a seasoned athlete, you’ll leave feeling capable and accomplished.
HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training)
Short bursts of maximum effort, followed by just enough recovery to go again. This fast-paced outdoor session is all about speed, agility, and explosive power. Expect a variety of bodyweight moves, cardio blasts, and functional training tools to keep your heart rate high and the energy even higher. You’ll torch calories, boost your metabolism, and finish on a post-HIIT high. Adaptable for all fitness levels—bring your energy and we’ll do the rest.
