We’re proud to offer Forrest Yoga classes in Bath every week at The Hub, Mulberry Park, Bath:
Mondays 5:45–6:45pm (starting June 2025)
Wednesdays 7:30–8:45pm

These sessions are open to all levels and perfect for anyone looking to build strength, flexibility, and resilience—on and off the mat.
What Makes Forrest Yoga Different?
Forrest Yoga is not your average flow class. Rooted in ancient traditions but adapted for modern bodies and lifestyles, Forrest Yoga focuses on:
Core Strength: Every class includes deep core work to support posture, balance, and spinal health. This is especially beneficial for anyone with back pain, desk posture, or instability in the hips or pelvis.
Long Holds: Unlike faster-paced vinyasa styles, Forrest Yoga uses longer pose holds, allowing you to build muscular endurance, safely stretch deep connective tissue, and cultivate patience and mindfulness.
Breathwork & Emotional Release: Ana Forrest developed this practice to help people release trauma and tension stored in the body. The emphasis on breath and presence creates a space for inner healing.
