Who are you becoming?

Everything is changing. Always.
Every breath, every heartbeat, every moment passing through your hands, it’s all in motion. Nothing about this life is static. We are in constant flux, unfolding and dissolving, rising and falling, just like the tides, the seasons, the breath itself.
Change isn’t something that happens to us once in a while.
It’s happening right now.
In every split second.
In every cell of your body.
In every thought that comes and goes like a passing cloud.
So maybe the real question isn’t Who are you? or What do you want to be?
Maybe the deeper question, the dharmic question is:
Who are you becoming?
What path are you quietly walking your way into?
Where is your inner compass pointing, even when life feels messy or uncertain?
What are you reaching for, fighting for, softening toward?
Because becoming is a practice.
And on this path, the tools matter.
The actions matter.
The tiny habits that no one sees… they matter.
The people you love and the ones who lift you, they matter too.
So ask yourself gently:
What daily rituals help me return to myself?
What practices keep me awake, grounded, honest?
What relationships help my heart stay open?
What choices align me with the person I’m becoming?
This is the essence of the yogic path, the Taoist flow, not forcing, not clinging, simply walking with awareness through the constant becoming.
Change is inevitable.
But the quality of our becoming… that’s where our power lives.
Keep choosing well.
Keep becoming beautifully.
One breath at a time.
Loving unconditionally throughout it all x
